सेवानिवृत जज करेंगे जाँच, मृतक किसानों के परिजनों को 45 लाख रूपये और नौकरी
The UP government has announced to conduct an inquiry into the murder of eight people in Tikuniya town by a retired High Court judge. Also, the family of four farmers and journalist Raman Kashyap killed in the violence will get Rs.45-45 lakh and one member will get jobs on the basis of merit. 10 – 10 lakh will be given to the injured. After the assurance of early arrest of the accused, the farmers gave consent for the post-mortem of the dead bodies. After this, the protest of the farmers protesting by keeping the dead bodies ended. FIR has been registered by both the parties in the matter.
अपर मुख्य सचिव देवेश चतुर्वेदी और एडीजी क़ानून – व्यवस्था प्रशांत कुमार ने पीड़ित परिवारों और किसान नेताओं के साथ छह दौर की वार्ता के बाद यह घोषणा की। इसके बाद, भाकियू प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत ने धरना खत्म करने का एलान कर दिया। हालांकि, चेतावनी भी दी कि मृतक किसानों के दसवें की रस्म तक घोषणाओं पर अमल न होने पर पंचायत कर बड़ा आंदोलन किया जाएगा।
ADG Kumar said, on the basis of the complaint of the farmers, FIR has been registered, arrest will also be made soon. He said, Section 144 is in force in Lakhimpur, so except the farmers’ leaders, leaders of any political party will not be allowed to visit Lakhimpur. Kumar said the officers would be in constant touch with their committee to resolve any other issues of the farmers. Kumar assured that there will be a comprehensive inquiry into the incident and strict action will be taken against the culprits. At the same time, Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Awasthi said that two FIRs have been registered in the matter. Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra is also named in the FIR.
